Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Highland Park, NJ, is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our on-site team. You will support pharmacists in processing prescriptions, assisting patients at the counter, and upholding safety and accuracy in every transaction.

The role requires following SOPs, state licensure rules, and continuous care for a respectful patient experience while maintaining confidentiality. Training and certification activities are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must meet state board of pharmacy requirements and be at least 16 years old where required.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Preferred: 1–3 years of previous pharmacy technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to deliver safe and accurate prescriptions and patient service.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law and trained.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, dispensing workflow, and label accuracy.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with CVS policies and regulatory requirements.
