Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe and compassionate care at our retail location. You will assist pharmacists, help with immunizations, and ensure accurate prescription processing while upholding privacy and regulatory requirements.

Qualified candidates have 1-3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to pursue licensure or additional training as required by state laws.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; active enrollment acceptable where allowed.
• A willingness to obtain licensure and training as needed by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Manage patient interactions with empathy and professional courtesy.
• Support immunization and point-of-care services when trained.
• Complete inventory tasks, deliveries, returns, and stock controls per policy.
• Maintain patient privacy and adhere to controlled substance procedures.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
