Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our store team and support pharmacists in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and caring patient service. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day pharmacy operations, patient interactions, and adherence to SOPs to ensure high-quality care in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with immunizations where allowed, maintaining inventory, and supporting the pharmacy team to meet patient needs while upholding privacy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru and over the phone; assist immunizations when appropriate.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks per policy.
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed by the business.
