Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, efficient service in our retail locations. You will assist with prescription fulfillment, customer interactions, and basic inventory tasks while adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will complete required training and meet state licensure/certification guidelines, with opportunities to support immunizations and other services where permitted. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet state board of pharmacy requirements for age, education and licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not specify a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If no minimum education is stated, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be enrolled in a program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate dispensing.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru and phone interactions.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed to support operations.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies to ensure safety and privacy.
• Deliver immunizations and other services where allowable by law.
