Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service in our retail stores. The role emphasizes empathy, safety, and adherence to SOPs.

The position requires state licensure or certification as applicable, high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to travel within the market as needed. Eligible for a range of benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or actively enrolled in high school/higher program.

Responsibilities

• Living CVS SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists and ensure safe operations.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences with empathy and care over pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with deliveries, returns-to-stock, and cycle counts as directed.
• Support immunization and other services where allowed by law and trained.
