Job summary

CVS Health in its retail stores seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists, ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and provide caring service that exceeds patient expectations.

The role includes immunizations, SOP adherence, and potential market-store travel. Requires state licensure/certification and a high school diploma. 40 hours per week; full-time, benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for licensure/certification.
• Minimum age 16 years where required by state regulations.
• Active licensure and certification as mandated by state boards.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists in patient health.
• Process safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off.
• Provide empathetic patient care and assist with immunizations and services at register/phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with distribution and cycle counts.
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed by the business.
