Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; assist patients with questions and concerns.
• Assist with basic inventory activities and support pharmacy operations as directed by leadership.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with all applicable laws and CVS policies.
