Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Retail team. You will support pharmacy operations, assist patients, and help ensure safe, accurate medication dispensing. The role requires compliance with state regulations, SOPs, and a patient‑centered service mindset, with opportunities to administer immunizations where permitted.

Expect a rigorous training program, teamwork across the store, and flexible scheduling to support coverage across the market.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing practice
• If not addressed by state board, must be at least 16 years old
• If no minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health
• Assist patients with pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions to ensure a positive experience
• Perform basic inventory activities and cycle counts as directed
• Support immunizations and other patient services where permitted by law
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores as needed
