Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the store pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service. You’ll operate within SOPs, assist with immunizations where permitted, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

You will complete required training and licensing as per state rules, with opportunities to grow in a fast‑paced retail health environment across multiple CVS locations.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice.
• If state board has no minimum education requirement, a high school diploma or equivalent is accepted.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Assist pharmacists to manage and improve patient health and ensure safe prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick‑up, drive‑thru and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities such as stocking, cycle counts and returns-to-stocks.
• Contribute to a high‑performing team and be open to feedback and growth.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed by the business.
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
• Deliver vaccines or immunization services where allowed by law and training.
