Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; active enrollment in degree program is acceptable.
• Must comply with state board and pharmacy regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to fill prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Assist patients in person and over the phone with empathy and care.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines to ensure patient privacy and safety.
• Assist with inventory management and front-end tasks as needed.
• Remain flexible for scheduling across a market of stores.
