Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16.
• If the state board does not address a minimum education, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, personalized service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone to enhance patient experience.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist with deliveries, cycle counts, and returns-to-stocks.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed, and assist in expanding clinical knowledge.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores as needed by the business.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and privacy standards.
