Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support patient care in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist pharmacists with prescription processing, inventory tasks, and customer service while upholding safety and quality standards.

Training and licensing requirements apply, with opportunities to contribute to immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by state law. The role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and adherence to SOPs to ensure accurate dispensing and positive patient

Qualifications

• Requires state board licensure or national certification where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; active enrollment in program acceptable in some states.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers with empathy and provide excellent service.
• Follow pharmacy SOPs to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist pharmacists with immunizations, patient education, and counting/labeling medications.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with stock management.
• Participate in training programs and maintain compliance with regulations.
