Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help ensure accurate prescriptions, assist with inventory, and participate in immunization and point-of-care services where legally allowed.

You will interact with patients and colleagues with empathy, follow Standard Operating Procedures, and maintain compliance with state boards, licensing requirements, and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice and licensure/certification.
• Minimum age of 16 years if state board does not mandate otherwise; high school diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with inventory duties and proper stock management.
• Deliver immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
• Provide compassionate customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Adhere to SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements across shifts.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores as needed.
