Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists in patient care.
• Assist with accurate prescription fulfillment across production, pickup, drive-thru, and drop-off.
• Provide empathetic patient service and escalate issues when needed.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist in safe operations.
• Support immunizations and offsite clinics where legally permissible.
