Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Assist customers with pickup, drive‑thru and phone interactions.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed by leadership.
• Travel to stores in the market to work shifts as needed.
• Comply with laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
• Deliver additional health care services (immunizations, point‑of‑care testing) where permitted.
