Job summary

CVS Health in Eldersburg, MD is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate service. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and help ensure efficient workflow across pickup, drive-thru, and in-store operations.

We require state licensure/registration and a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required (or actively enrolled in school).

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Maintain patient safety by confirming prescription information and label accuracy.
• Deliver compassionate customer service and assist the pharmacy team in daily operations.
• Assist with immunizations and other pharmacy services where permitted by law and training.
