Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists.
• Assist with immunizations and point‑of‑care testing where allowed by law.
• Deliver compassionate customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and via phone.
• Perform basic inventory activities and ensure accurate dispensing and labeling.
