Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service while greeting customers.
• Accept new prescriptions and telephoned refills under pharmacist supervision.
• Help assemble prescriptions and prepare labels for dispensing.
• Submit insurance claims and troubleshoot third-party billing.
• Stock pharmacy supplies and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Administer vaccines as allowed by law with CPR/Immunization certification.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA and follow all pharmacy regulations.
