Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a part-time role in our stores. Technicians support pharmacy teams, ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This position emphasizes adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and ongoing training, with duties including immunizations support where permitted and collaboration with pharmacists to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but is not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentration over time, pivot between tasks, ensure label accuracy

• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate prescriptions, days' supply
