Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Assist with pharmacy workflow for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic patient care and support positive experiences at pick-up, drive-thru, and call center interactions.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with deliveries, cycles, and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Support a high-performing team, embrace growth, and adapt to store needs and travel to other stores as required.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws, CVS policies, and patient privacy standards.
