Job summary

Cone Health is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Support to strengthen our pharmacy team. The role focuses on handling orders, answering phones, and selling prescriptions to sustain efficient workflow on site.

You will work closely with the purchasing agent to maintain inventory, mentor new staff, and drive quality initiatives across the department. This full-time position requires leadership and commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician and must complete an 'advanced pharmacy technician certification' within 12 months of starting.
