Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician II will:

1. Compound and dispense medical prescriptions.
2. Perform clerical duties as needed.
3. Receive and store supplies, verify stock, and maintain inventory records in the computer system.
4. Contribute to the efficient operation of the pharmacy.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Pharmacy Tech Training (preferred)
• Associate's Degree (preferred)

Required Skills

• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Certifications and Licenses

• CPhT - Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred)
• Current Pharmacy Technician Registration in the State of Georgia.

Work Experience

• At least 3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
