Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, prepare and dispense medical prescriptions.
• Perform clerical duties such as receiving and storing supplies, verifying stock, and maintaining inventory records in the computer system.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the pharmacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Pharmacy Tech Training (preferred).
• Associate's Degree (preferred).
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in stressful environments and take appropriate actions.
• Certifications: CPhT - Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred).
• Licenses: Current Pharmacy Technician Registration in Georgia.
• Experience: Three years of pharmacy technician experience (preferred).
