HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe seeks a Pharmacy Technician II to assist under a licensed pharmacist, ensuring timely and accurate medication delivery per Texas pharmacy laws and hospital procedures.

Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician II ensures the prompt and accurate delivery of medication to the patient in accordance with the pharmacy laws of the State of Texas and the policies and procedures of the Department of Pharmacy.
Fulfills the duty and responsibility to maintain competence and to continue personal and professional growth in accordance with departmental policies and the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
Maintains all required certifications in accordance with State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
Maintains inventory of supplies, equipment, and medications in the main pharmacy and drug dispensing cabinets throughout the facility.
Interactions with patients and colleagues demonstrate compassion and respect for the inherent dignity, worth, and uniqueness of every individual, unrestricted by considerations of social or economic status or cultural beliefs.
To uphold the standards of the profession and organization and practice ethically and with integrity.
