Qualifications

• Must maintain registration with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, label and distribute pharmaceuticals per policy.
• Maintain records and review patient/department drug charges.
• Prepare and review intravenous admixture products.
• Troubleshoot issues with automated dispensing machines.
• Maintain inventory and assist with audits.
• Ensure safety practices and regulatory compliance.
