The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II to support pharmacists in preparing medications, processing prescriptions, and assisting with billing and patient interactions. The role emphasizes quality, initiative, and reliable performance in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will work under supervision, use Epic Willow Ambulatory and Hyperspace, and interact with patients at the front desk and during discharge. Ohio licensure and PTCB/CPhT certification are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
• Must have passed an Ohio State Board of Pharmacy exam or be PTCB/CPhT certified.
• If not currently registered, must register as Technician in Training and later become a Certified Technician.

Mansioni

• Under pharmacist supervision, prepares medications per prescription or physician order.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
• Handle prescription filling, insurance billing, cashiering, and will-call logistics.
• Reorder drugs and supplies, rotate stock, check expirations, and maintain a clean, safe department.
• Assist in daily activities and support leadership in pharmacy operations.
