Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I in Cincinnati to assist in the preparation and distribution of medications under pharmacist supervision. The role supports unit-dose, IV admixtures, and outpatient RX operations, ensuring accuracy and patient safety within a busy hospital pharmacy.

Under the supervision of licensed pharmacists, you will perform duties at the RX window, manage stock and inventory, and ensure a neat, compliant department.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician registration with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy (or in-training).
• Pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and distribution of medications under supervision of a pharmacist.
• Prepare unit-dose medications, IV admixtures, and other sterile products.
• Handle stocking, stock rotation, and inventory control; process Rx items at the window.
• Interact with patients and hospital staff; function as RX receptionist and handle calls.
