Job summary

Community Care Cooperative in Massachusetts is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I-III to support pharmacists in filling and labeling prescriptions, greeting customers, and notifying when prescriptions are ready. This on-site role requires attention to detail and good communication.

You will stock, prepare, and distribute medications, manage inventory (including 340B) and help maintain a clean, compliant pharmacy environment while delivering excellent customer service and accurate medication

Qualifications

Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
State licensure/registration required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing.

Responsibilities

Supports pharmacy services by stocking, preparing, and distributing medications.
Greet customers professionally, answer questions, and refer inquiries to the pharmacist.
Maintain pharmacy inventory, place and expeditie orders, verify receipt, and manage 340B inventories as applicable.
Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures and regulations.
Protect patients and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
Prepare medications for dispensing by interpreting orders, labeling, and calculating quantities.
