Job summary

Community Care Cooperative (C3) in Massachusetts seeks a Pharmacy Technician I-III to assist Pharmacists in filling and labeling prescriptions, serving customers, and notifying when ready.

You will stock, prepare and distribute medications, maintain inventory, and support infection control policies while handling high-volume, detail-oriented tasks. Requires HS diploma, state licensure, 1–3 years pharmacy or related experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Pharmacy Technician experience (1–3 years).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with data reporting ability.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports pharmacy services by stocking, preparing, and distributing medications.
• Greets customers professionally, answers questions, and refers inquiries to the pharmacist.
• Maintains pharmacy inventory, orders, receipts, and 340B inventory separation as applicable.
• Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Protects patients and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Prepares medications for pharmacist to dispense by interpreting orders, preparing labels, and calculating quantities.
