Job summary

The County of Riverside RUHS - MC Pharmacy Department is seeking two Pharmacy Technician II positions for the RUHS-Village Pharmacy in Perris (Mead Valley). Under pharmacist supervision, you will assist in medication distribution and processing of prescriptions.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of community/retail experience and strong customer service skills. Positions are based at Mead Valley with initial work at the MSC Retail Pharmacy location.

Qualifications

Pharmacy Technician experience in healthcare or community setting.
Strong customer service skills preferred.
Bilingual ability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Process new prescriptions and medication orders.
Prefill and file prescriptions/medication orders.
Process billing and assist in inventory control.
Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain a cooperative environment.
Assist in training students and interns and provide guidance to staff.
