Parham Doctors' Hospital in Henrico, VA seeks a Pharmacy Technician II to join our medication distribution team. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist, you will accurately compound, label, and dispense medications, maintain inventories, and support patient care with timely service and documentation.

You will handle chemotherapy preparations and hazardous drugs, manage automated dispensing systems, and assist in ordering and stocking supplies while adhering to safety procedures and regulatory

Qualifications

• IV room experience in a hospital or infusion setting.
• 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• 3+ months of experience in product compounding.

Responsibilities

• Accurately compounds, fills, labels, and distributes medications under supervision.
• Maintain drug inventory and patient records; perform quality checks.
• Prepare chemotherapy and other hazardous drugs per procedures.
• Enter charges and credits for patient medications promptly.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceuticals.
