Qualifications

• Current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and MA license.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs hazardous compounding.
• Performs batch sterility tests.
• Monitors at least one KPI or improves a process.
• Assists in revising training materials.
• Demonstrates intermediate purchasing, decentralized services, medication histories, or ADC optimization.
• Complies with HIPAA policies.
• Maintains accurate records when handling controlled substances.
