Responsibilities

• Performs hazardous compounding.
• Performs batch sterility tests.
• Monitors at least one KPI or contributes to one improvement.
• Assists in updating training materials.
• Demonstrates intermediate purchasing skills or related services.
• Complies with HIPAA policies.
• Maintains accurate records for Controlled Substances and reports discrepancies.
