Qualifications

• Associates degree in health or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service skills including phone interactions.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and triages customer service issues.
• Prepares prescriptions and non-prescription medications and devices.
• Stocks and replenishes stock locations and ADMs/robots.
• Serves as a preceptor and assists with training pharmacy staff.
• Delivers meds to beds or patient care areas.
• Performs purchasing and billing functions.
• Operates in inpatient and outpatient settings as directed.
