Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist in dispensing medications across hospital areas, deliver to nursing units, and prepare injectables, unit doses and IV admixtures. You will handle record keeping and other duties while partnering with staff to meet LifeBridge Health customer service standards.

Required experience is 1-3 years; preferred education is High School or GED with Maryland licensure eligibility and Pharm Tech Certification.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years pharmacy technician experience.
• Current Maryland Pharmacy Technician license or eligibility.
• Pharm Tech Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications throughout the hospital.
• Deliver medications to nursing units and prepare injectables, unit doses, and IV admixtures.
• Complete required record keeping and perform other duties as assigned.
• Work with staff and support LifeBridge Health customer service standards.

Summary

Performs a variety of activities to assist in dispensing medications throughout appropriate areas of the Hospital; delivers medications to nursing units, prepares injectable medications, unit doses, IV admixtures, etc. ; completes necessary record keeping and performs other duties as assigned. Works in partnership with other staff members and pro-actively identifies and provides for the customers' needs using the LifeBridge Health customer service standards as identified on each campus. Performs related duties as required or assigned.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $33.17 Based On Experience
