Aufgaben

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist pharmacists with prescriptions by counting, pouring, labeling and pricing.
• Ensure customers receive all prescriptions and file written prescription forms.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing system for invoices and reports in compliance with policy and law.
• Help customers find over-the-counter items.
• Maintain understanding of MPP scheduling system and enter MPP information.
• Maintain attendance and vacation logs.
• Order, stock, and return pharmacy inventory through suppliers.
• Assist in processing pharmacy outdates and credits and inventory preparation.
• Maintain department supplies and observe all policies and manual requirements.
• Maintain neat appearance and adhere to personal appearance policy.
• Support safety standards and communicate needed repairs; keep area free of hazards.
• Treat coworkers with fairness and respect; maintain department presentation.
