Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist pharmacists with prescriptions, labeling, and pricing.
• Ensure customers receive all their prescriptions.
• File written prescription forms after prescriptions are dispensed.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing system for invoices, manual insurance claims, daily reports, etc.
• Help customers find over the counter items.
• Maintain understanding of pharmacy scheduling system and data entry responsibilities.
• Maintain inventory and assist in processing pharmacy outdates and credits.
• Support department maintenance, cleanliness and safety policies.
