Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance.
• Help pharmacists prepare prescriptions by counting, labeling, and pricing prescriptions.
• Ensure customers receive all their prescriptions and file written prescription forms.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing systems in accordance with policy and state law.
• Order, stock, maintain and return pharmacy inventory.
• Assist in processing pharmacy outdates and credits and prepare products for inventory.
• Share in responsibility for department maintenance and cleanliness and maintain supplies.
