Job summary

• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing and inventory records.
• Assist customers in locating over-the-counter items.
• Maintain knowledge of scheduling system and data entry for MPP information.
• Maintain inventory and department cleanliness.
• Follow Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual and company policies.
• Support safety standards and equipment maintenance.
