Job summary

Mercy Pharmacy South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications. You will be accountable to the supervising pharmacist and must follow federal, state, and local laws to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalence exam.
• Licensure: Actively registered, in good standing, with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willing to submit registration by first day of work, including FBI background check.
• Experience: 1-year relevant pharmacy experience preferred but not required (Tech I); 1-year required; 2 years preferred (Tech II); 3-year required (Tech III).
• Other: Successfully complete pharmacy department orientation.
