HCA Florida Northwest Hospital in Florida is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to dispense medications, maintain drug inventory and accurately update patient records under the direct supervision of the pharmacist.

You will fill medication orders, dispense controlled substances with proper documentation, ensure stock levels, assist ordering and receiving, and manage deliveries and returns across patient care areas.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years related experience preferred.
• Active registered pharmacy technician or intern per State Board requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense medications and maintain drug inventory under pharmacist supervision.
• Fill medication orders and deliver to patient care areas; dispense controlled substances with proper documentation.
• Ensure adequate stock of medications and supplies; assist ordering, receiving, storing and rotating stock.
• Pick up orders and medications for return from patient care areas during delivery rounds.
• Organize and prioritize work assignments; respond timely to urgent and routine requests.
