The Pharmacy Technician, Data Entry ensures accurate, compliant, and timely prescription data processing that directly impacts patient safety, fulfillment speed, and regulatory adherence across Empower’s high-growth 503A/503B operations. This role owns end-to-end intake, validation, and system entry of prescription information, maintaining data integrity at scale. Leveraging AI-enabled tools as force multipliers, the technician accelerates throughput, improves accuracy, and supports real-time decision-making.
Success requires strong strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and rapid learning within a highly regulated, technology-driven environment, ensuring consistent quality, audit readiness, and continuous process optimization aligned to enterprise growth objectives. The role collaborates cross-functionally with pharmacists, quality, and operations to resolve discrepancies, standardize workflows, and enhance data governance.
