Ascension’s Home Delivery Pharmacy Services in Austin, TX is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support both call center and production workflows. You will enter prescriptions accurately and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

You’ll engage with patients by phone to provide updates and clarify details, while processing and shipping medication orders per established procedures. This role emphasizes high accuracy, state/local qualifications, and opportunities for growth with

Qualifications

Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the PTCB is preferred and required where applicable by state/local licensure.
National Healthcare Association credential is preferred and must meet state/local qualifications.

Responsibilities

Enter and process new prescriptions with high accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Communicate with patients by phone to provide updates and clarify prescription details.
Process and fill medication orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to workflows.
Package and ship medication orders following carrier requirements and timelines.
