Requirements include Virginia license, PTCB CPhT, and 2+ years of outpatient or managed care experience. You will also perform phone and SMS outreach and work with EHRs to support members' health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Virginia license and PTCB CPhT is required.
• 2+ years outpatient or managed care experience required.
• Strong communicator comfortable with EHRs and telephonic outreach.
