Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Operates hardware such as cash registers, processes member purchases, and assists with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Assists in processing Prescription and OTC orders, stocking, securing Pharmacy supplies and merchandising the Pharmacy area.
• Completes paperwork, maintains records, and coordinates with managers and coworkers to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Upholds company policies and ethics, fosters teamwork, integrity, and a culture of belonging.
• Acts with integrity and customer focus to deliver results and continuously improve processes.
