• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs and assisting with purchases.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds and exchanges using appropriate procedures.
• Assist with Pharmacy products and services, processing prescription orders and maintaining records.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area and organize the pharmacy workspace.
