Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Delivers Pharmacy products and services, processes prescription and OTC orders, stocks and secures supplies, and maintains required paperwork.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area, and maintains organization and logs as required.
