Job summary

Sam's Club in Colonial Heights, VA is hiring for a customer service associate. You will acknowledge members, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will operate cash registers, process payments, returns, and exchanges, and help stock and maintain the Pharmacy area. The role supports Pharmacy services and prepares paperwork as required, with a focus on ethics and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs.
• Assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve issues and concerns.
• Operate cash registers and process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Provide Pharmacy products and services per Company policies; assist with processing prescription and OTC orders.
• Stock and organize the Pharmacy area, merchandise accordingly, and complete required paperwork and logs.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; adapt to change and feedback.
