Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic PC skills and keyboarding (25 WPM).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible shift.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient registrations and enter data into the system.
• Handle prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refills.
• Troubleshoot missing information and interpret SIG codes.
• Run automated machinery, sort medications and manage inventory transitions.
• Count, label, pack, and ship prescriptions; maintain a clean work area.
• Assist pharmacists and escalate issues to senior staff.
• Resolve third-party rejects per plan requirements.
