Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a Fulfillment/Outbound Flex role in Woodridge, IL. This on-site position blends fulfillment duties with outbound patient and provider calls, supporting a dynamic specialty pharmacy team.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 10:30am–7pm CST, with quarterly incentive bonuses and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. Starting pay is $23 per hour and up, with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician certification and state registration required.
• 1+ year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Strong attention to detail and math skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescriptions for dispense; label and package orders.
• Handle fulfillment and outbound phone support.
• Receive and manage inventory.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients by phone.

Pharmacy Technicians at Onco360...

• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare prescriptions to be dispensed including printing labels; selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the final product for dispense
• Packaging and organizing daily Rx orders for shipment
• Receive, order, and manage medication inventory
• Assist health care providers and patients byphone; answering questions and requests.
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff to coordinate medication refill deliveries.

• Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numeral), brand and generic names of medications and general pharmacy terminology
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• Basic math and analytical skills

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required experience:

• Pharmacy Technician: 1+ years

Required license or certification:

• Registration with Board of Pharmacy as required by state law andCertified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
